Mick has 30 plus years in the construction industry as Superintendent and Project Manager. He has completed courses in graphic engineering and process piping at South Plains College and holds various licenses and certificates related to the construction industry. Mick is also working in the environmental department as a lead risk assessor.

Darrel is a member of our LPST Division. He is experienced in management of construction and LPST-related site investigations. He is familiar with TCEQ regulations (technical and reimbursement). Darrel is also an Asbestos Air Monitor Technician and Project Manager. Darrel lived in Japan 15 years during an Army tour and 13 years of mission work. He has 2 children, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Darrel and two of his grandsons are avid runners participating in the West Texas Running Club. He is also involved in church activities and prison ministry.

Joe Grimes graduated from Abilene Christian University with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and then earned his Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. After receiving his degrees, Joe joined the United States Armed Forces. He served in a number of capacities, culminating with the USAF Reserve flying F105 Thunderchief. As an engineer, architect, and CEO, Joe has experience with most project types and is familiar with all traditional construction techniques as well as non-traditional construction methods, such as compressed earth block, Monolithic concrete domes, insulated concrete forms and many more. Joe and his wife (Jean) of 48 years have resided in the Lubbock, Texas area since 1977. They have two married sons. (Dallas and Melissa & Dillon and Suzy). He also has six grandchildren and is an active pilot in his "down time" with the Angel Flights organization, providing much needed non-emergency flights for those in need of medical attention.
